    This is very similar to the authors other work. An OP half-elf meets some God and is set up to save the world. He's very similar to the old Japanese hero good guy isekai harem. This is a novel full of fun if you want something lighthearted.

    MC is Gods' puppet, Dropped.

      It's literally a deal. Since mc died, he got chosen out of all people(suspicious yes)
      mc gets to explore the world, have some wives, etc. Etc. And the gods will
      it's a win win situation

      Idk if you can really count those at spoilers, although it's been a while since I read the intro chapters I'm pretty sure those spoilers were explained in the early part of the novel

        well, it was an exaggeration. But, in the first 9 chapters a god sent him to a world, then a different god gave him power or something. Non of these were resulted from action taken by the mc and it seems he is being used by gods. I doubt he could take actions against these god's well, i believe they will take their power back.
