    As a fanfic, the only thing some people might get annoyed about is that some characters might be slightly different from their official counterparts. But it's not a big deal and besides that, there's nothing more you could ask for.

    Because of the MC's involvement, the plot changes in believable ways but doesn't get completely thrown off course. The plot holes, plot armor, and strength of duelists in the original work are explained in really interesting ways. The MC isn't massively OP, but fits in a good spot to influence things.

    All in all, it's hard to find fault with this, unlike other fanfics I've read.

    Got to chapter 1510 so far story is very very very very very good especially yugioh the fights are masterful and they never bore but I just hope it doesn’t end in this arc and goes into the other story lines like zexal or VRAINS

    FINALLY IT WAS ADDED! This is a great YuGiOh fic one of the best as you can guess this one of the [legendary mechanic] inspired novels but it’s done really well as well with the decks the mc uses being all shown in great fights

    This is at most a 5/5 and at least a 4.5/5
    It's one of the few Chinese novels without any huge Chinese elements/remaking or whatever the word is. It stays true to the material that it uses. Plus it seems like the Author greatly cares for this.
    Yes there are some minor and probably major (depending on your view) inconsistencies like the MC not using a card that (If I remember correctly from the comments) counters an opposing card. And quite obviously the Players interactions with the MC.

    Tldr; REALLY FUCKING GOODjust has some stuff here and there that you may not enjoy. Definitely give it a read if you have time. Or now

    Like with most things I've read with Players, they are annoying add nothing but shit humor and are vibe killers, the MC is alright but as you'd expect the only reason I read this was because I really like Yugioh and that doesn't mean that this is necessarily a good Novel

    I'm gonna give it a 9.1/10. This is a must read is you're interested in Yu Gi Oh due to:
    The structured and logical world building and event timeline,
    The use of mildly sarcastic humour to point out how ridiculously different this type of a world is from how ours is,
    The strict accuracy to lore,
    The easy to understand explanation on how everything works which allows you to enjoy the story without the need to have any prior knowledge on Yu Gi Oh.
