    I'm guessing the reason Weaver chose the top of Ariel's Tomb as the 7th Seed is because... Oblivion.

    Oblivion knew something that the other Daemons didn't, and chose to end themselves. Ariel also came to know about this info, grieved, and built the great tomb to bury the truth.

    Weaver knew that truth and decided that it had to be resolved. And thus, the seventh Seed was placed to conquer and face that truth?
