    There was no blood.

    There were no corpses, either.

But by the time the sun rose the next day, Red Hill was no more.

Damn💀 Mordred got it like that

‎ I have a new theory on how things are going to turn out.
    7
‎While Mordred and Cassie are holding the fort against Asterion, Sunny and Nephis will descend into Ariel’s Tomb, only to discover that Oblivion’s prison is already broken, and the “real Ariel” is nothing but a fragment of Dream God masquerading as memory.

‎There Sunny will encounter the corpse of the Vile Thieving Bird from the 3rd nightmare seed. But instead of yielding its shade, the bird rejects him, accusing him of being no thief but a counterfeit. Its essence fuses with him unwillingly, twisting his shadow powers into something unstable.

‎Sunny then tries to cut Asterion’s fate with Weaver’s Mask. He succeeds only partially, becoming half-sovereign, half-shadow, a liminal creature feared even by his allies. Whispers spread that he is no longer “Sunny,” but something else entirely.

‎When his achievements surface, instead of awakening Dream God externally, it awakens within him. Dream God is revealed as a parasitic presence feeding on his anonymity all along. Fame makes it bloom inside his soul. Nephis does not die, she binds herself eternally to Sunny’s shadow, becoming a living chain that keeps Dream God from consuming him outright.

‎Sunny flees into the shadow realm, but his “training arc” is not about gaining power, it is about resisting assimilation. Every step makes him less human, more shadow. By the time he returns, he is divine, yes, but divinity has cost him identity. He is no longer Mr. Nobody. He is Nobody at all, a god-shaped absence.

‎In the final confrontation, Sunny realizes Dream God is not an enemy to slay but a reflection of himself. Victory comes not through battle, but through annihilation: he wins by ceasing to exist as Sunny, rewriting the very concept of fate.

‎There, hopefully I incorporated every crazy theory the kiddies think, only twisted into something darker. If I missed anything, let me know in the comments.
