Is it just me or a lot of paragraphs in this chapter are seem to be clearly written by AI? All of that hinting stuff (and other things which I already forgot) just scream that it was written by language model

It's not even a Pyrrhic victory. They were smashed to smithereens. They lost 7 saints and almost lost the citadel. The enemy lost 3 easily replaceable reflections and received reflections from the strongest healer. They lost to the scoreboard.

I don't think Mordred's reflections can mirror a person after they're out of sight. They did lose a large amount of power, but killing three reflections was a plus and gaining the citadel is an immeasurable win

I don't understand why some people ddidn't like this battle. Should Nephis and Sunny win all the fights even when they severely disadvantageous. Enemy was well preapered they didn't even underrestimated Sunny which they don't know many things about. And they clearly know darkness is enemy of the shadows. Only thing I didn't like was the end of the battle they shouldn't have wasted time by talking. Valor saints are not stupid even when outnumbered they know they could beat them. So it would be more logical if one of song saint died while trying to waste time and then flee.

Because Mordreth is too broken. He created six Higher reflections, two of which were tyrants. Meanwhile, he's still out there somewhere with the 13th Saints .

The battle would have been fine if they didn't have Mordret amplifying otherwise interesting counters into the main characters becoming completely impotent. It was just unsatisfying in general, a bunch of unreasonably strong reflections that he can make as many of as the plot requires and a bunch of nobody saints were the only casualties.

As is, you could cut the entire encounter down to sunny fighting Revel and some other saints and lose nothing.

And yes, them all acting so dumb at the end really didn't help.

I bet Anvil won't give a damn about the dead saints as long as he has his citadel. Well they are nameless after all

Nope he can’t Cuz he need to reserve his essence and hide his trump cards cuz his enemy was none other than his old cohort his friend so they know what each other are capable of and Ki song will come and kill him even if his power was down to no less than 80% so he need to be in his 100% until they both fight
