    Kinda surprised fiend was able to take on silent stalker since she's fast. But then again, fiend has shadow step so it makes sense. Also, why didn't fiend finish her off? Maybe to provide additional psychological pressure on wolf? Also, revel might be first to die no?

    Spoilers for chapter 1900

    I'm feeling disapointed with Neph vs Moonveil, it's not nearly as good as Sunny vs Revel.

    Revel counters Sunny in everything, his battle art doesn't work since he is basically worse than blind, his transformation is useless, his sneak attacks and deceiving way of fighting is countered by True Darkness and no Shadows around. While his opponent at her peak power.

    Nephis fights against 3 opponents who cut out Neph's and her own Aspect abilities. 3v1, 2 Great Beast should be physically stronger than None-Aspect Nephis plus Moonveil herself who is weaker but still a Saint.

    Sunny wins a fight with severe disadvantage using everything he can come up with(and basically not even fighting himself but making someone with far less disadvantage fight), using psychology trick and opening new horizons for himself.

    Nephis wins a fight with severe disadvantage because she is a better swordsman, nice.

    And what conclusion I suppose to make? That Sunny has skill issue?

        I'm not complaining about Sunny being powerless, it makes sence(for me). What I don't like is that Nephis wins a fight without getting anything usefull out of it.

        Sunny in powerless situation tried something new, made some plans how to improve both Shadow Dance and Sorcery skills, and in the end Saint got some kind of power up.

        Nephis just won, for what G3 even took her Aspect abilities? She didn't get any enlightment in a fight. Like yeah that "Will" Supreme/Great creatures use, but you can see them using it by yourself. It was even mentioned few times before, meaning they already know about it. Nephis could kill them in a second with her Aspect and result would be the same. Only reason G3 made it, is that Sunny can't just count on Neph's help in his fight.

          But at the end of the day it doesn't change much, now does it ?
          The result will still be the same
          Both sunny and nephis will walk out of here alive and moon might live to see a other day which really doesn't amount to much
          But if you expect growth through each combat, just don't, first of because it's irrealist and second of because you don't always get something out of a fight
          What happened here essentialy was nephis fighting without her abilities, something that she already knew how to do

          This is the first time we see Neph use her battle art to this extent. And she was losing- until she followed what she learned from Sunny. So it’s not Sunny lacking in skill.

          Also, look at the opponents. Imagine the reverse scenario. Sunny stands a better chance against Moonveil because of his shadows (Saint, Fiend, Serpent) - just not sure if his Avatar cannot be activated and therefore cannot fight. And Neph perfectly counters Revel. So it’s not a skill issue it,s a bad match-up since Song came fully prepared to counter them.
