Bro there are no shadow creatures at all. For a kind that specifically have their own god they are pathetic in number. We saw all kind of creatures but Shadow creatures are always doing solo hunting. Shit when will Sunny even become Titan at this rate?

I don't think this will be mentioned at all in the next 500-700 chapters. Antarctica rocked him too hard: a new rank, a new shadow, the evolution of a saint, the evolution of a goblin, the evolution of a shadow dance, Several transcendental memories, a weaving of memories. And after the fourth nightmare, she will become a saint. I suspect the author isn't planning the end anytime soon, so that his progress will stop for a long time

I wonder wether Sunny could exploit his reversed flaw by telling smth like "I definitely was not going to say -insert truth here-"

Of course, he resents Cassie. No matter what else ever happens, she still chooses to give his true name to Neph, binding him to her as a slave.

Just because Neph chooses not to exercise that authority doesn't change the fact that it happened, or that Cassie caused his subjugation.

она хотела спасти Нефис, а возможная смерть Санни - последствие, не причина. Хотя на деле это мало что меняет...

she decided to save Neph over Sunny. Did she want to kill Sunny? No. She decided that Neph is more valuable than Sunny, and thus to take the possibility of Sunny's death? Yes. Not the same, she had to make a decision and made the best one at the moment and in hindsight.

She didn't have to make a decision. She could have not mentioned anything to Nephis, and left it up to fate. Which Sunny specifically mentioned. That's why he's so hurt. And she never even apologized.

yeah, but in that time she thought she can change fate easier, so she did take the fool decision. But also she was 17? Everything is easier with yesterday's newspaper. So we can't really blame her. Keep reading

She knew the implication. If we didn't, Nephis wouldn't have felt reluctant before forcefully commanding Sunny to leave by using his true name.
Which meant, she knew, and that could only mean she was told by Cassie.

      Of course, he resents Cassie.

Not sure, even though he says as much rn due to Sin's snide comments, but we can believe to some degree ig. He hardly ever introspects his own feelings and often just leave them up by calling them 'complicated.'

To me this feels like author delaying the resolution for later, because it doesn't seem to matter how much time passes, his feelings and understanding barely change... it comes off as unnatural, or atleast doesn't make sense to me for now?

It does make sense and seems natural, why would his feelings change? What she did isn’t something that can easily be forgiven even after years or no matter how it benefited him

You never felt betrayed in your life, that's why you don't understand. I saw someone getting betrayed 6 years ago. They still didn't forgot that and still didn't forgave.
