    Just a doubt, couldn't Sunny just send one of his shadows in the big hole and then use shadow step and be inside the hole and then carve out some meat then use shadow step again to reach the original spot next to neph and well job's done.

        Well, a ship with three oars would either have a useless oar, or it would be turning in one direction constantly. Unless… if the point was to have a backup oar, then why not have one on both sides?
