    As for Sunny, he simply wanted to make sure that their war did not spill out into the streets of the siege capitals, and that as few soldiers and civilians as possible were hurt by the clash of the great clans. And if he managed to hurt the bastards in the process, that would be even better.


    How is your goal less ambitious than theirs, Sunny?
    Your Ambition is the hardest to achieve. The Clans just have to send waves of their members there and Neph just has to follow orders and maybe do a bit more.
    But Sunny would have to be always informed about their situation and would need the power to either redirect them from the Capitals or minimize the damage while getting on the bad side of the two clans. And he would still need to do his assigned tasks.

      Nephis is putting herself in much greater risk as a spy precisely because neither party has any illusions as to the intentions of the other. She will likely never gain the full trust of Valor precisely because of who she is and will be under constant surveillance. Sunny himself has no history with any of the clans and thus is likely to raise less suspicions and can act in the dark.

      And don't forget that Sunny was only opposed to Nephis joining Valor because he thought it would be too risky and involve her putting herself at the mercy of her enemies.
