      There's no theory behind it, or els it would've alr been common knowledge by now with all the information gathering the government does...

      It's just the author giving some character to the given echoes, no one would care abt a random echo compared to that newly acquired fiend who seems interesting bc of the fact that author humanized it

      There are also other creatures who made an impression on sunny and they didn't become echoes
