    Is the Sleeper not sleeping at all or what ? I mean sleepers after their First Nightmare go back to the Dream Realm to find a Gateway, and that usually takes some time.

      Not at all, remember that Sleepers can normally sleep like mundane humans until the winter solstice day, which they will be dragged to the Dream Realm once they sleep in that day.
