      I believe it was stated that there are many awakened who just immediately leave the Dream Realm as soon as they enter it after the cooldown expires (4 ish hours but varies by person) so at most im sure they would just enter whenever they sleep then return 4 hours later.

          I think it was that he had no cooldown, and 4 hours was the shortest time he would do without being suspicious. I'm a few hundred chapters past this point by now but I'm pretty sure they send people into dream realm for info and they return in like 4-6 hours. I could be wrong though
