    Im surprised security didnt recognise her white flames & attacked but i guess she did go into a berserk state so they prolly thought it was a hollow. Apparently this happens to some after awakening.
    Also, she seems a bit too powerful for an awakened given shes facing a master, though sunny wasnt trying to hurt her.

      Well technically no one has ever seen her white flames expect the people from forgotten shore and she never used her aspect before it. And did it really matter if they recognized it? Nephis was still attacking them and destroying everything so what could they do.

        I find that hard to believe. They made a whole movie about her based on survivors recounting and no one mentioned her white flames? Its kinda distinctive and kinda her thing; an unlikely detail to be missed.
        Like i said, i get why they responded the way they did given the short time period but its still weird no one, even briefly as an offhand comment, recognised her distinctive flames, in the vicinity of her pod till sunny stepped in.
