Super gene was better, could not keep reading after around 90-100 Chapters

Read 400 chapters,
-Start is a typical Chinese face slapping arc, where every tom, dick and harry pays unequal and undivided attention to MC like they don't have anything to do anything of their own. Like tens of thousands of people pay attention to MC who is a bottom feeder and everyone is passing remarks on MC.
- Typical China no.1 propaganda, all countries begging china, like there exists no other country and people in the rest of the world are not worth paying attention( in the just one little arc there is mention of others) Even most of the aliens's names are Chinese.
- There are too many illogical situations in the novel, like people getting MC 's information out of thin air, Random high ranking people deciding to become MC's enemies, MC's one move shaking milky way galaxy even though he is just a youth from a bottom race,
- power system gets increasingly blurry after MC crossing first realm. Random shits happening here and there and things escalating without logic.
- The only thing that is good about this, is a bit of world building.
- I would give the start of the novel to 300 chap a 5/10 and after the quality of the chapters gets worse and worse. A junk food if you don't have anything else to do.

Well it's similar to super gene in it's essence. Is there's a good novel similar without using enemies as a plot driver. I smelled that here so I dropped it.

Is it harem??

Read 700+ chapters so I should make a review. Cold MC, has good battle strategy and is cautious of too much of his knowledge or abilities being known. If trash MCs have 2 routes to choose where they will get exposed taking the short one and keep their cards to their chest via the long one, they will take the short one anyway while MC will take the long one. MC has battle experience, his future knowledge is mainly used for resource acquisitioning and potion crafting to get stronger than his contemporaries. He isn't a lone wolf, he does form a team and is loyal to his nation so he does share some knowledge with the military (not for free and limits what they know + he gets status and wealth).

Much of the enjoyment for this story will likely come from the power climbing as MC traverses from one realm to another, the abilities he gains from his framework and beasts do provide something interesting to read at the beginning, but eventually you'll find like a videogame MC will just spam the same attacks through different battles. Even the writing will be identical in describing the attacks or even describing the MCs breakthroughs. It honestly does make sense to keep using the same attacks in his arsenal, but it can make for a boring read where you just skip through parts and is largely an easy method to fill up the word count by the author. Much of the combat edge that the MC get is through a stark difference in raw power through him taking advantage of his future knowledge to the fullest.

The story did start to get slower 500+ chapters in, but it is worth reading imo. It has all the cliches so far except tragedy, if you want something unique this obviously isn't for you. But if you just want something to read that has the same old story beats and cliches but with an actual competent MC that will kill his enemies and reward his allies, uses his resources to the best of his ability, then this should be of some interest. I'm currently putting this on hold because I like to read a bunch of series and this made me start to read Super Gene since I've always seen people mention it and this obviously has many similarities.

I smell Shadow Slave, dimensional descent and Tales of demons and gods in this novel based on the synopsis.
