      Mc is not being a idiot at all. If killing will solve everything then I would say mc was already stupid that he allowed the 8 to enter the secret realm while he was the only devil sect disciple.

      No, before that, mc's sect master was stupid to not kill all other sects who were weaker than her's. So she would be omnipotent in the whole world.

      What I wanted to say is. Killing is not always correct dicision in realistic situation. No matter how week people are. Killing the guy here was in reason but killing the green hair girl was stupid beyond reasons. Mc's own consciousness would bother him for this. Ntm they could have some powerful trump cards as they were not stupid or too low rank cultivators who were just starting out in cultivation world.
