another qt male mc completed! i binged read for 2 days! 🫶

the arcs were not very long, have a decent pace and tolerable plot—tho in some arcs, the nationalism is subtly showing but i just skim through it and doesn't mind, just taking it with a grain of salt.

additionally, i am quite disappointed to some lackluster dynamics of Lin Shiheng (mc) and his love interest. The girl is always in the bottom of the ladder, timid and have soft personality, easily blushes by mc etc etc. I was looking forward to different kind of girls like having cold personality or a very strong woman but nope, there's none. But i will overlook it because she's lovable and sweet, albeit stagnant, and would probably works if this girl is the same in every world but there's no mention. plus, the later arcs have a very fast paced, i was thrown off guard, as even vacation world is less than 5 chaps.

Overall, a solid 8.5/10 🌟 considering that there's not many quick transmigration novel as decent as this, keeps me entertained while overlooking some of the loopholes, and some legit arcs and chapters that made me laugh and teared up so much.

Objectively, I have to give this work a shitty rating, but I recommend everyone to read it. Because it's not bad just based on the rating criteria. We can't rate it well.

I love this novel. Each story is not too long and the information is enough to understand the plot.

Currently at ch. 90.2. This is actually a pretty good novel. Translation isn't great but it's still readable. MC is a world-hopper that lives a second life for people and fixes up their life.

Good novel though might as well read mtl cuz the translation is trash

The premise of this novel is the MC is able to possess people and fix there life and give them a happy ending aka the whitewashing genre. The prologue to each arc is sometimes an emotional gut punch, but is definitely worth a read. Each chapter are and chalk full of content so you won’t be bored. The MC is a perfect actor able to blend into any situation, but my only problem is so far at chapter 50-ish they haven’t told you why MC is Even doing any of this.

I read this as MTL a while ago, introduced me to the whitewashing genre. Whitewashing = redoing someone's life to fix regrets.

It's pretty decent, but it's as emotionally subtle as a sledgehammer and a lot of the issues wouldn't exist outside of Chinese social customs.

It has a pretty good mix of scenarios and time periods - he goes back and fixes usually mistreated women but they get more complex and interesting as time goes on.

The main character is a perfect actor and doesn't seem to have any goals outside of completing the mission as perfectly as possible.

It's basically a jumper fic, but chinese. There's no explanation as to why this happens, i'm not even sure if there was a prequel to this, but the MC basically transmigrates into these character in these missions to solve their regrets, it's basically like Omniscient Reader, where the MC knows the future and does everything in his power to prevent it, and fulllfills the original body's wish, it's a rather ordinary read, nothing to write home about or anything, just good if you don't have anything better to do.
