    Still, said this before, but crazy how han sen goes out with out his shura katana lol. He even painted it so he could use it as han sen. But then proceeded to use the disguised katana as jin bi contradicting his efforts lol.
    Come on author. It might not save him, and you can still make it so he'll be in trouble regardless. But this is purposely forcing a plot, when you could just adjust your writing for the plot point your want anyway.

      Not that brutal, but I like it.

      Also, Han Sen doesn't need to hide behind Dollar's identity anymore, I guess. His family is under military protection and he is powerful enough to withstand Son of Heaven's "love pursuit" anyway. Not using abilities and beast souls to their fullest will only delay his growth in a way that Han Sen will hunt less sacred-blood creatures

        I felt his death was indeed quite brutal. If you imagine the helplessness of being in that situation. Where you scream like your voice will somehow be a weapon if you scream hard enough. Even though you know you're going to die. Even part of your body tries to fight for survival, even your voice joins the effort despite it only being noise.
        Despairing way to die as you get ripped into. Pretty brutal.

        Indeed, it's crazy how the author got han sen to disguise his shura katana, to be able to use it as han sen. Only to contradict his efforts by using it as jin bi. Like why is he not carrying it around with him.
        And the author can just up the power of the enemy to still make it a desperate situation, even with his katana. That's fine. But without it, it's just like, "why?". Doesn't fit han sen's character profile.
