This got boring fast. I guess we know why most cultivation novels give the mc some kind of edge just to keep things interesting. Otherwise it becomes boring just like this. Nice enough novel, but you won't hang on longer than a couple of chapters.

it should be called forge your destiny instead of firge of destiny. So it will mean so.eone forging their own destiny.

100% gem : the characters are well made, well described, and they all evolve in a way or another. The author found a very clever way to give us infos on pretty anything without them being indigest infodumps, the MC doesn't miraculously know everything because plot armor, the MC actually discovers the world as we do with her, which is awesome, and I could go on and on for a long time like this.
Plus, MC is female. Which doesn't change much from a guy, to be honest, but it's a nice change. Plus there is no misogyny or very dubious "jokes" about gender or sexuality, which are red flags to me.

TL;DR : It's a very well made and very nice slice of (sect) life novel, 10/10 I recommend it.

Ну, не согласен , что тут "ничего не происходит" и героиня тут совсем не "скучная". Некоторые комментарии тут написаны теми , кто не прочитал и половины ( хотя роман ещё пишется ). Как по мне тут всё хорошо и персонажи и главная героиня , просто она раскрывается постепенно , а не в начале романа. Всё там будет, я думаю , ведь у автора удивительно много вариантов для продолжения .

Chapter 40, this cultivation novel is really a gem, be it the world building, the characters interactions or the plots everything is excellent, based on quality alone I would give a solid 10/10.
In this novel the Fmc isn't some reincarnated person or some clan trash or some random guy who stumbled upon a godly aterfact or cultivation method, yes you got it now she is a simple girl. Most of the tropes like the arrogant young master every 2 chapters or the elders always against the Mc or the Mc being against almost everyone due to his arrogance are avoided here. The story isn't too fast nor too slow and there are true characters here not some bland characters like other novels, all in all its a really well made novel I would recommend to every xianxia fan.
Now my personal view on this :
The Fmc is too fking bland! I mean in other novel the Mc always got something special going on with him/her but this one? Absolutely nothing! I'm not even talking about some godly talent I'm talking about the personality of this one she is boring as fck. While reading this I feel like I'm reading some of these drama series bullshit I often see on tv, she feels real but that's the problem she feels too real, the first day she is looking for companions to rely on, she find some friend, some ennemies and maybe a potential lover thats it... No incredible will, no revenge, no ambition toward the peak, just some children cultivating, of course there will be action and stuff but come on 40 chapters in and I almost slept most of the time. I really hope it get spicier later cause it is really boring currently. I hope the Mc will be less so dependent on others in the future...

The description and the labels don't tell me anything, does someone tell me what the story is about? Do you have a forge and smithy?
