    Oh wow... so he even technically lost???... Don't get me wrong, I'm not immature enough to believe the mc can't or shouldn't lose a couple of fights, but i don't know about this one... The mc didn't draw or lose this fight cause of bad match up, or a nerf, or being outnumbered, or better strategy, or the person was higher level, or more experienced... but he draw/lost to someone who was lower-level than him, in a straight fight but due to an unexplained sudden power up from the other person... I also don't trust the level numbers after this fight anymore

    So much for overpowered one of a kind titles and percentage boosts..
    this is a common problem with novels that try and blend hard statistics with real life (within reason) fighting and powerscaling.
    Authors tend to forget that some characters are statically just too superior to their opponent to feasibly lose, and that, whilst it may make for thrilling storytelling (at least from their perspective) it does ruin the immersion when cold hard stats can be beaten by something that the author can pull out of their ass at any time.
    At that point stats just become irrelevant and the author has just failed to meld the concepts well enough…imo anyways.
