    Logically this doesn’t really make much sense. Jake’s stats that he gained from getting an overpowered profession, that’s growth is being sponsored by and also somewhat allowed by a primordial, should be beyond anything enlightenment mid battle should be capable of providing.

      Yea my thoughts exactly, the good fight aside, the old dude's fight with Jake shouldn't have been as close as it is right now because Jake has all the advantages, including being a few levels ahead and he had always been able to beat opponents several levels ahead of him... I get he got an enlightenment, maybe it's my headcanon, but the sword saint even getting a draw with him is a loss for Jake cause it should imply that Jake would lose if they were both at the same level
