    When the author, instead of creating a good and illustrative scene, begins to spend paragraph after paragraph explaining the actions and conclusions of the MC, this clearly demonstrates the lack of any talent. Not that it's news after the first three books, which mostly consisted of fluff and empty chatter.

    You'd have to be an idiot to spend half a day on a puzzle during a Treasure Hunt (which has a time limit) without knowing the reward, but with the ability to figure it out.

    Would the story have changed if the MC had known it was the Armory? No, he would have wanted to break in. But the author wanted to create intrigue out of nothing, and so the MC lost 9999 Intelligence temporarily.

      Jake likes a challenge but is an introvert. He would never have wity banter and be able to bring down ppls emotional walls
      Carmen would have been way better. First she would have to deal with her low self-confidence and then become infatuated with the mc. Her head strong mindset will make her think, jake is mine and no one can have him. Depending on the character development she could be a yandere or possessive type
