        Tbh I still dont exactly get what the Akashic records does. Like yeah it sets a limit to a person's individual strength. But what else does it do? Does it kinda... record stuff? Oh, it does create skills that much ik.

        But what else? Even if it was gone, ppl would still use magic and stuff without as much problem, albeit without Skills ryt?

          I think it's similar to what Akasha is in the Fate timeline , their names are similar and their concepts are similar too.
          I don't know much about fate but I think that piece of knowledge about how Akasha works in that universe might help you understand what Akashic records represent here.
