    So I read to maybe chapter 1700 and I've had a change of opinion of this book. It's not nearly as bad as I thought it was before even though it doesnt have all I want but it's still good. I've got to say though this shouldn't have been 2900 chapters long, it wouldn't have felt rushed at all if it was only 2000 instead, cause personally I thought the development was so slow even up to chapter 1700 to the point I start to doubt he even becomes a tier 6 by the end of it without someone just giving it to him ahead of time. Gods domain would seriously be one of the grindiest games ever. A few other gripes I have might be how annoying background characters can be during a war arc saying things like "oh so they can't handle several mythic evil beasts and hundreds of thousands of evil demons plus the pressure of several top tier guilds while trying not to go broke? I guess they only amount to this much" or how Shi Feng would spend hundreds of thousands of gold one chapter and ten thousand the next but when they need gold during a war it's like a bad father and doesn't show up until it's convenient. I might've finished this if it were a bit faster paced but that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy what I read, for the most part I did, like the fight scenes were good with reversal after reversal and huge dragons and monsters duking it out during the war whilst explosions and melee clashes happen, it's good war. The main side characters share the same growth as the main character and while there couldve been more to their characters considering 2900 chapters(though I guess it could've all happened in the 1200 I didn't read) they were still well written and likeable, especially blackie in the early parts, whom I enjoyed as a best friend mainly since he wasn't a fat perverted loser. Overall if you can stomach slower pace for the sake of world building, longer wars, and a lot more fights and you like these types of novels then read this you'll like it. Personally I'll give this a 4/5 and ask for an abridged version

      They did update the novel but the author ended the last one and seemed to have continued it like everything he experienced was some sort of dream. Take a look at the chapters and you'll see its new stuff and the chapter count got reset. The original story is all there for you to reread as necessary.

        So far everything points to it not being a simple dream. It's more like a double timetravel. The first timetravel allowed him to go further than he did in his first life as well as letting him experience the world (dont forget the sword scar). The second time travel is probably due an injury he suffered. Also through certain hints we are sure that this is the last time travel.

          Yep totally agreed there, we still don't have a full explanation as to what caused it in the first place. However the damage to his heart could have something to do with it but we shall see. Wish it updated faster, this was my first novel I read and will probably always be my favorite.

    read with caution, if you read this , you'll never be able to read other novels of the same type again , it's like trying to eat grass after tasting a master chef's food.

    i won't say much ! it's a f#cking amazing novel , but it has one issue ! repetitive plot basically , if you can bear with that you'll really enjoy it.

    Like I tried reading many novels ( the thief that roamed the world ) and such that were told great ( said by people )

      Try end of the magic era, its not bad honestly and similar almost. I used to feel the same way but there are some good ones depending on what you want to read. Some of mine that I read:

      End of the magic era - Guy reincarnates (or transmigrates I think) from the future to where the world dies to the past and lives a new life where magic was much more prominent.
      The Hero Returns - has lots of lore involving Gods and does involve reincarnation, definitely fun
      The Closed Beta I only played - This one is a big of a gimmick but it involves a powerful MC who just gets all the best luck and situations, it recently had a rather large change that makes it a bit less gimmicky
      The Versitile Mage - This one I read after Reincarnation of the Strongest Sword God and while it has nothing to do with reincarnation or a game it does involve magic the MC is likeable enough. He grows stronger over the course of the series and its interesting to see.
      Lightning is the only Way - This one is wierd but involves an MC getting stronger overtime, won't spoil it much but its definitely an interesting one to read and has quite a bit of world building.

      Yeah ROTSSG is one of the best vrmmo novels. Also one of my first novels that got me hooked into reading light novels. Rotssg is detailed and amazing, mc is cool too. It's just that the plot is repititive and mc and his guild is always treated as an underdog by annoying rich spoiled young masters. Was a bit sad though when I read near ending and the MC hasnt have any progress in romance when he's literally surrounded by girls who worship him 😂

      its really simple, this novel its about a VIDEOGAME and the all things inside of it, combat tecniques, skills, class, professions of life style, diferent levels of monsters and bosses, NPCs and all the world
      of the game; that makes everyone that had play a MMORPG sometime, want play God´s Domain. Otherside, almost all novels that have a videogame into their story doesnt pay much atention at the game only the necesary to developed the story of the MC and its growth

      Really bro!? Did he still stay single!? If it was the original one then he might have one of the girls or all of them, which is Fire dance, Gentle snow, aqua rose or Phoenix girl. If he returns to future he comes from then, all of this Girls may have a bad ending if i remember correctly and fire dance is also not in the Top player list and maybe even a random characters... If it end up like this, this author is a complete shit! gloom
