    I stoped reading the novel before the international tournament because I started getting those Chinese nationalism and propaganda vibes … I just want to know, does my fears come true or am I to fast at judging? (face slapping is ok , I mean that’s basically what the novel is about, I just don’t want to read those typical lines where everybody is against china and a villain and the mc kills everybody in the name of justice )

      I dunno about that bcs i haven't read both but there're so many series with a mainstream plot now, it was so sad in the past, so many great novel got axed bcs a little similarity like 'Dungeon Defense' and maybe 'No Game No Life'

      Same systeme concept, pretty much completely different story. I've read picking up attributes from today, and while a good turn off your brain read, it wasn't very high quality and there were many odd things about it
      IMO, This novel is better executed than PUAFT. Also, it's not like a picking up attribute system is purely owned by one person. That's like saying the first person to make a sign in/gacha novel now owns the genre.

    I read 9 chapters, and can accurately say that this is kind of garbage.

    I mean, I haven't read very far, but these initial chapters give me an nice idea of how this is gonna progress- pure face-slapping, the MC will never truly feel challenged. He'll gladly collect attributes and hop from place to place, encountering lackluster enemies and using his latest 'skill' to teach them a lesson.

    Rubbish, imo. The MC has no depth, the story has no flavour. No point in reading unless you want a bland dish of xianxia faceslapping.

      HMMM well there are some of it but it's not the focus of the story, he uses
      so he slaps hard with it oru2x , anyways his enemies are often stronger that he can't do shit about them except for trash talking them.

      It happened tho, there is even times when he's too weak so he just flee and gets drops from monsters.

      I don't know what you really like but these novels are all fun to read hope you enjoy em as I did..
      1-Unparalleled After Ten Consecutive Draws
      2-My Three Thousand Years To The Sky (I Have Refined Qi For 3000 Years!)

      4-I Have Countless Legendary Swords!
      5-Monster Integration (this one the MC mostly focus on fighting and what not but still he had a couple of gfs along the story and during some points he kinda becomes beta in the relationships

      Do you know... this novel world setting and storyline is copied directly from IET's novel "SWALLOWED STAR" all it did was give MC a unique system, everything else is a worse comapred to the original sources. It misses alot of important details that makes the world logical and interesting.

      On the other hand if you are interested in the 'system' MC have which is a variation of skill assimilation and ability steal then you should try... unscientific beast taming, the legendary mechanic, Infinite mana in the apocalypose and Worlds Apocalypse Online.

          Out of all IET novels Swallowed star was my favorite. The ending wasnt bad but you know how IET ends his novels, where MC become incomprihensibly powerful. I personally felt it ended in a good note, much better than so many other CNs.
