The door knob to the room rattled slightly, and the faucet in the bathroom kept dripping even though it had been screwed shut. There was a rubber ball that rolled on its own underneath the bed. Wet footsteps started to surface one after another on the floor.

      you forgot that MCs cheats could exist in any form. it could be a (n immovable) Dao Heart, a grandpa, a sefirah, a system, a merged soul and bunch of Primos, or even a (sweet) ghost, without Zhang Ya, he got no cheat, and he will be an ordinary man. Zhang Ya IS his golden finger, thefore, without her there'd be no story to speak of. it'd be a slice of life or something

    Just started this novel. I'm intrigued, and now cant stop this just too cool. Contains heart's killing horror. But not so serious, still acceptable so long you are not freaked out by your own thoughts and imaginations.

    This the novel that I want to read but at the same time I don't want to because you can feel how scary the ghost stories. Then sometimes after I read couple of chapter I watch a fanny video to calm my self. Actually I not afraid to horror movie something like that but this novel I scared a lot that the proved that how solid the plot of this novel.

    this is a must read for every horror lovers. i also a recommend this for every readers, cause this story is really decent.

    the MC is amazing tho, he's a crazy madlad with balls of steel as big as his head, he did his research, he did his homework, he prepared for the worst and then he go at it like there's no tomorrow. he isn't the soft kind, he's unlike those MC that plunge themselves into the hurricane of shit but expecting their shirt to smells like roses and then die a silly death. conclusion: he's smart, courageous, crazy, and kind, f*cked up combo ik, but it works wonderfully, so

    basically he's a "people" person. he live through all the hatred, darkness, and pains in the world, but he come out with a smile, kindness ready to be spread, and a f*cking waifu! even though there are several things left to be desired, the ending top it all up
