    This mc here is someone who played the same game as a player in his of the that treats the entire universe as a game and for him the lives of NPCs as insignificant. Literally, he doesn't care about their feelings or their wellbeing. But he isn't some psycho, deranged individual instead he is like a neutral evil. There is world-hopping but this is more like dungeons to the mc. ZERO ROMANCE IN THIS NOVEL and just stick through the initial chapters.
    It's great for time pass and a guilty pleasure.
    P.S- The shoujo-Ai plot is insignificant and won't even affect a single part of the main story

            Okay, so mc is a gamer in his previous life who sees all this as a game anyway (so he kills anyone and everything he pleases and sees people as NPCs) and goes around doing missions via reincarnation while trying to be as evil as possible to get stronger i'd say it's worth a read
