    I have read 608 chapters of the novel and my conclusion is this:
    A good novel in the first 100-250 chapters then sinks to the bottom like a Russian ruble.
    Fu#k! This novel can be completed in 300-550 chapters.
    DO NOT WRITE 1400+ CHAPTERS. Bitch, okay, these chapters would be interesting. But it's just rubbish.

    Uh... This won't be true for the first few arcs, but after several ones (400th or so), it is mentioned in some MTL version of this that it got extreme "China numbawon" vibes.

    Story is decently interesting. Problem is what mc does really makes no sense. For example, he limits number of players that help him evolve new species to 150, for what reason? More the better. Also he doesn't charge anything, when he could get quite a bit of money, though I can at least understand this logically since it could be traced. That said, he has hive mind is vastly superior to any human technology so it shouldn't be too much of an problem.

    Overall, my problem is not really content, it's the premise. Mc is supposed to want to advance species, but why doesn't he just introduce more variety and accelerate time?

      It restricts players because they create complete chaos. Only 180 players have already created the God of Destruction. Why doesn't he charge a fee in order for the vice of people with interesting ideas to be greater, this is of course shit, because he forced everyone to write essays. Time does not accelerate, because at a higher speed self-awareness cannot develop.

        Wait until you get to the later chapters and it gets even more interesting. What they evolve gets more and more outrageous. Also, plagiarising storyline from other games lol, but fitted to the "evolution" theme.

      After reading 200 chapters i can say mc is extremely stupid with little to no imagination capacity.
      Mc character is like log.
      Maybe credit goes to author but that sandbox settings could have been much grander if author had good imagination idk. Ig.
      Neither did he properly developed himself nor did he developed the sand box.

    Got to the latest chapter, now im leaving a review. A really good and chill read, a lil bit of comedy that will make you smirk is included as well. Plot is good and well thought out, i myself havent read anything similar to this at this point so its fresh to me. Dont really have any bad comments except for the erratic update schedule, but thats just because the translator is not a full time one. Overall score for me is 8.7/10. Not above 9 because sometimes its a bit boring but still good, just boring for me and making me switch to other apps, i think thats just a me problem, im having a hard time focusing these days.

      Not really. The original playerbase was Chinese and they had a 'headstart' so it's justifiable for them to get ahead. But as things move on, the playerbase became global. It's really the entire population of Earth's gamers freaking everyone else out with their antics lol.

          Lol. We also know that it is all fake. The scenario is entirely made up by the MC and the imagination of the players filled up the rest. If anything, you can say they are pitiful, being proud of a fake premise. Like in the story of "The Emperor's new clothes", prancing around naked with 'invisible clothes'. In a way, the imagination of the Chinese players were too strong that they've dissociated entirely from reality lol. kef

    Please I need recommendations on novels. So I will list my requirements.
    1. Absolutely No Cultivation and Harems or Smut.
    2. Please Low to Zero presence of Romance(As low as possible that its considered completely neglible.
    3. If Futuristic Setting - Guns blazing(Energy Weapons and all that good stuff), Spaceships(if available), High Future cyber tech(that sounds believable) Mysteries.
    4. If Ancient setting - Demons (Flaming Knights and all that), Maybe magic or Mysticism.

          It's actually during a period of the Victorian era I think. There was a great boom of rich people supporting intellectuals and lots of ideas came about. But not all ideas were good ideas and a lot quacks and crackpots came up too (you do NOT want to get sick in that era... the 'treatment' may kill you faster). Mental illness was quite a big issue and I think syphillis induced insanity was a death sentence. Lobotomies were a thing. There are also allusions to events such as the Great Smog of London.

          It might also be the time when H.P. Lovecraft started gaining prominence which ironically is also the theme of the novel itself

        I've checked out Reverend Insanity although I love the protagonist, the novel revolves in a cultivation world and I found out the novel is not complete. I got to around 700 chapters its really interesting but id hate to read a novel just to leave me hanging without any good or suspenseful ending.

          Try “nano machine” there’s no high technology other then the mc nano chip robots that are inside of him and it’s theme is ancient and martial arts. There’s is energy but they don’t cultivate to get it. They use pills to get energy and spend their time training to master their techniques. It has over 400 chapters and It’s completed and it has a sequel named “descent of the demon god”. Here is when high technology is available but to hidden powers you will understand what I mean when you read. If you want to read the technology sequel I hope you don’t skip the first part because reading DOTDG without reading NM first will confuse you to the point you might drop cause you don’t understand sht. So read NM first. Btw in DOTDG in around 70 to 85 there might be some translation drop skill but continue to read it won’t take long before it disappears and get even better.
