It's good, but the MC's not evil. In contrast he's a good/neutral guy who only kills those who deserve it and helps people out when he goes back in time. I've read till chap 163.

Lmao! Some people just like to give 1 star no matter what. Last time it had 4.5(14) rating now dropped to 4.3 with a swift increase in 1 star percentage. Atleast give reasons. I have read the first 18 chapters and I would say it's pretty solid cultivation novel till now. Characters thinking, interactions are logical, interesting golden finger and pacing is pretty good. Every simulation is interesting. What more do you want..I don't know about the future chapters but as of right now it doesn't deserve 1 star.

I have read this novel till ch 1049 (latest today) and it was totally worth it.
Every simulation is different and every character has different development in each simulation too.

In some simulations they are just some low ranking people and in other they are f#cking invincible (of course because of mc). In some they are good and in some they are greedy and left by mc to die.

All I can say is that diving into the mtl was totally worth it for this novel and it is currently the only novel that I am following in the raws. You should atleast read it till a few of his simulations in the outer world.

I'm not one to comment, but this one is definitely worth the time.

First: The characters are intelligent, both the protagonist and the secondary characters. So don't expect anything like arrogant young masters and slaps in the face.

Second: The protagonist has a "golden finger" that allows him to "transform the real into false and the false into real." In other words, he can live his life as a simulation and return to the checkpoint with an item in his possession (be it a material item, technique, cultivation or increase the return function) whenever he wishes (he needs to load this function first, otherwise I'm wrong, it takes 20 years). However, he is not invincible, since he needs to use the return function, if someone kills him faster than he can react or freezes his consciousness then he can be killed.

Third: The pace of cultivation progression is slow, in 200 chapters he reached Foundation Establishment (second realm).

Fourth: The worldbuilding really feels like an immortal world, not just a place where the greatest danger is the cultivators themselves. Natural disasters are really disasters in this story.

Fifth: The protagonist's morals can be called neutral (my opinion), he won't go around saving people like a hot-blooded protagonist, nor will he go around killing people to get some benefit. He also doesn't hesitate to kill someone who threatens him or help someone even if he doesn't need it (compared to helping other cultivators).

I wanted to say more, but I don't remember much, so I hope this can help you decide whether or not you should read it.

I think this is a very good novel with a lot of character growth and I think is one of the best time loop novels and is great at its world building… A lot of scheming too.

Rank A-, I'm currently in Qiqian, the mc has the power to make reality an illusion, the characters here are intelligent, the mc has evolved not only in mentality but in power too, the mystery of "Hunger" and "chaos" It's very good, I really liked it.

Although the mentality is not close to that of Fang Yuan, he definitely has an incredible mentality, and he has evolved over time.

ee the characters here are very irrational(very intelligent or strong), the mysteries are abundant

If you're thinking about reading this, don't expect an MC who becomes strong from one moment to the next, who becomes strong at the speed of light. Here, the MC needs to slowly build up his strength and on top of that he has to battle beings many times stronger than him across dimensions. As he himself said "My path to the top is 100 generations".

The MC is also not a good guy, from his perspective, everything and everyone are just illusions, but he is not evil either, I would say he is just selfish. A good example of this is Reverend Insanity's MC.
