        That's true tho if there comes a time a stronger foe's fist is infront of his face , even if he stopped the time , it wouldn't matter ?

        And we don't know whether it helps with cooldown times.

        And yeah it is great skill if it used to gather knowledge , he can just stop time and do it and unlimited time to think too.
