        It's not really Xianxia cuz the First 3 stages you mentioned.....are practically not even stages.
        If the MTA was heavenly Dao then there is zero difference no matter if you are apprentice, novice or just space peasant.
        You still can't do shit and don't matter.
        Journeyman would be like Foundation establishment and Core formation blend.

        but because these people aren't exactly fighters you can't even consider them artifact cultivators.
        Technically depending on where you're fom nd your backing A First rate journeyman can waste a 3rd rate senior.
        also it depends on your Design Seed (Dao maybe not equivalent)
        cuz if you special you worth more, than if you basic.
        I dunno, it's better to make Mech Pilots artifact cultivators in my opinion since they focus on their minds and shit.
        There isn't a standard cultivation process (just fight to the death and breakthrough if you're MC material)
        It'd only be future cultivation if Mech Pilots had only one Standard like 3rd rate to 1st rate Mechs, then we now had Expert to God(all using first rate mechs or if not specializing like in 1 mech that they take as their core like Jannzi and push from beginning to end)
        That makes sens since as cultivators grow they become more versatile in their abilities initially (same as progression from 3rd rate to 1st rate mechs) then choose a path (expert to God)

        3rd rate = Qi condesation
        2nd rate = Foundation establishment (seems right since 3rd raters are generally chicken shit and 2nd raters are like standard low tiers)
        1st rate = Core Formation (total mastery over basic mechs)
        Expert 1st rate = Nascent Soul (lol soul-sprituality)
        Ace 1st rate = Divinity Branching (Will)
        God 1st rate = Psuedo-Immortality (Pure thought)

        Cuz honestly, as soon as we hit expert level then they matter more than mech designers of the same level generally (typical journeymen)
        and if you think about it, Mech Pilots created an industry chain and profession to prolong their heritage/form of cultivation called mech designing.
        Mech Designers exist to serve Mech Pilots lmao...

        At least with my scale the MTA (Heavenly Dao) give the appropriate attention lol.

      If you want a novel that is updated daily then this one is for you with 3 chapters per day. However, expect it to get sidetracked with random things that Exlor pulls out to progress to story. Some useful, and most you'll just forget. It's a very engaging story as Exlor pulls you into the story, and you'll get pulled into every ones story that he introduces.

      MC in the beginning is likeable, and he we are rooting for him to rise. He just wants to advance his career as a mech designer and rise to the heights only the best can reach. After that he's just became an asshole imo once he progresses into the next stage of his life which is spoilers.

    Well it will be very different from your expectations. Not that good or bad. But i like this novel. Because it is very different like a fresh breath of air. Concepts are unique too. First hard hurdle was to reach 1000th chapter. After that i started to get into the story for REAL.

      Really? I tried reading this novel twice in last two few years. After first drop I didn't remnebr red why I dropped so I tried it once again. And once again I dropped it. It became too frustrating at some point even if novel started off strong.

        i dropped this novel at least 5 times before reaching the daily launching chapters
        it took me 3 years
        but it was a good journey, the worldbuilding is incredible, there is A LOT of plot holes, and the history development is so F*CK'N SLOW that is sometimes tiresome...
        but even that can't take away the good things...
        the steady progression of the MC, who slowly becomes the biggest a**hole, selfish, sunofabich of the whole galaxy, but at least he has a clear goal from beginning to end and works towards that... even everyone hating him, we still root for his success.
        but at least the secondary characters are enjoyable and not a pain in the a**.

    I am quite dissapointed. I mean I slogged through 1000+ chapters. I came for mech building/design with system but for past 700 chapters I've instead been watching a glorified technician making foolish decisions then justifying them with some frankly ridiculous logic and the pseudo version of the 'Dao' that is the design philosophy.

    MC also has standard Chinese MC trait of licking the governments ass at every opportunity even when they do everything they can to manipulate/screw him over (they literally shot him to stage an assassination and MC was pissed off for all of 1 paragraph then he's back to lick lick lick). Honestly without plot armour, MC would not have survived the first.

    MC also gives me whiplash on how his morality and feelings for others change. First he treats his Vandal colleagues like trusted comrades, then next second they are just *mere* numbers to be thrown into the meat grinder. He also seems to make all these 'deals' that never seem to favour him. Every accomplishment/gain must be follwed by a monumentous **** up, ominous portents or some inherent problem with the gain so its not much of win at all. MC has shown classic traits of psycopathy but is still emotionally attached in the strangest of ways. His family pretty much abandoned him at the start, the government has been more of a hindrance than any help, but he is still strangely patriotic.

    On the other hand, the skill shown in writing is pretty much top-tier as original novels in webnovel go. For a heavily re-skinned xianxia, author has put in quite a bit of thought as far as world building goes as well. This is my personal gripe but it would be a lot better if it were't for all the chinese euphemisms and writing style. Borrowing ideas and concepts is one thing, but writing a supposed western space opera as if one were actually translating a chinese fic is another.

      Yeah, the mc can't say no and one thing i picked up on is the mc never gets the benefit of the doubt story wise which doesn't make this novel very fufilling to read. And despite the fact hes supposed to be like 20 when the book starts his mind is that of a 8 year old in the way he thinks about the world, like he is constantly schemed against and forced to join this agency or that agency and he needs to learn to say no, and use the system more because while he sees it as a crutch without it he would be a beggar so why not abuse it?

    This novel is broken in so many ways.
    World build is f#cked. It's sci-fi about mech building, but main MC's ability is some freaking voodoo tricks. Really, there much more mystery shit that actual science.
    MC is pathetic. He have no proud and self-respect. He tries to became someone worthy, but whole world and author himself f#ck him raw.
    His friend f#cks him, his company f#cks him, his system, his own mother and even his cat f#cks him. The whole universe hates and f#cks MC.
    Side characters are suck. 90% of them are huge jerks. They could be irrationally aggressive, mean and vicious. Others just sneaky bastards. That's next lvl even compared with legendary 'young masters' type.

    Start was great. That's all.
    I can't give anyone any reason to recommend this novel to read.
    If you don't like to eat shit, you'll cry in dissapointment close to chapters 200-300. And It'll became much worse.
    -5 stars to this piece of novel. Not because it's just bad. Because it deceives you, promising some good experience and than drowns you into giant shit pool.
