Starting out this novel is well written with consistent development, character arcs, and good plot. but at the ~1300 mark it starts to devolve into true cultivation brain rot slop. decent to read if you shut off your brain but don’t expect any of the characters to make many appearances (other than yuan) and all “treasures” are forgotten

Have you ever read a novel and you just know 'this author is only doing it for the money'... That's how it feels reading this novel, especially the past couple thousand chapters... You cannot convince me the author loves the book with the way he's treating it... and the thing is, the story has/had potential to be moderately decent, maybe even recommendable because the foundations are in place...

The characters, especially the MC (not the reincarnations but Yuan), I've drawn characters on paper with more depth, and it's not even a matter of me not liking his personality, it's the fact he genuinely lacks one. (I honestly prefer his other reincarnations because they still feel human at least.)

Previously, the characters were the worst part about the novel; the plot wasn't good, but it was progressing at least... Now... I think the author is already getting close to the predetermined end but he can't have that, no, he needs to make sure he keeps paying rent, so he started adding hundreds of chapters with either limited or no progress at all. At least that's how I feel reading recent chapters... Normally you would say patience, let the author cook, but based on experience, this is not the author who cooks. This is the author who can't make scrambled eggs. This is the author you're not sure you want to eat from.

The worst part is I can't even say I was ever fully enjoying this. I had doubts early, I noted the red flags, and I kept reading anyway like it's some sort of guilty pleasure thing. You know when you're trying to eat healthy and exercise but still constantly stop at the donut shop. At some point that stops being the author's problem and starts being mine.

...This is just my rant because I decided to stack for 3 months, only to come back and find out most of the chapters are fillers.

P.S. If someone recommended this novel to you, that person REALLY hates you. If you were mind-controlled into ignoring the reviews and decided to read a couple of chapters anyway, I hope you're able to break free early. If not, you'll reach the pit of no return like the rest of us, the point where you've invested too much time and too many chapters that dropping it would make all of that a waste, and we'll see each other in the comment section as the author aims to hit 10k chapters.

I came to read because of the dual cultivator. The author writes well. it's really worth reading, but I like more elaborate plots, when eroticism is the icing on the cake, and not the main motive of the book. From the best - The Mad Immortal.

Very shallow novel - from worldbuilding, MC, interactions and just writing quality.
Don't know why so many ppl like it.
Maybe (doubt it tho) it's beter later, but nah... dropped after several chapters.

I've been reading it for a long time, 3 years now, because it was one of the first ones I read, but now I'm going to throw it away, the plot is repetitive, the author uses open AI, the chapters are short and Recurring ,Overall, I've read a few great works, and this is just crap, but thank you for introducing me to webnovels.

    Here is the thing
The mc of this novel gets reincarnated everytime he dies so the story follows around him gaining his previous life memories and wifes while trying to " survive" if u call it that lol
He always has ways to deal with the troubles he is facing cause he is overpowered and has gained memories nd treasure of his previous life or he has a waifu or a one sided lover that always clutches for him
All while gaining more waifus and a incest loving sister.
But the world building is quite intresting
Give it a try if u want
I can't leave it cause have been following it since 800 chaps
    Back when it was good

Be honest bro, it was never good. It's always been the same, a decent junk food with a very intresting concept done poorly without much thrill or gratifying element other than face slapping.

Well forgive me if my review is a bit lacking in details cos its been a while since I dropped it. This novel reads much like every other cultivaiton slop, with a parallel world of sorts where the mc is obscnely strong, and on earth he isnt (very soon gets stupid strong too and is essentially ruler of the world). its almost entirely jsut faceslapping intersped by some good plot throughout. I was able to forcefully stick through it all the way up until about chapter 1500 by convincing myself that there would be some good plot but it gets incredibly repetitive... Additionally, the mc reaction to 'women' in particular and their actions towards him especially conspiring against him are mostly ignored like he is some kind of brain dead simp, but the moment its someone unrelated to him, its all bets are off... 4/10 for plot, 6/10 for the occasiaonl good scenes.

I just can not take this seriously after reading JFDE chapters then reading these.
