Allen transmigrates into Azeroth—but his system comes from the world of DND.

Although the system is mismatched, fortunately it still has its four great virtues.

Virtue One: Civilization System

Roll: 18 — Deception successful!

Demonic power burns your eyes, causing you to mistake Allen for Tyrande.

Illidan: But Tyrande is a woman—

System: I said you saw Tyrande, are you deaf?!

Virtue Two: Friendly System

Roll: 19 — Stealth successful!

The sunlight is too dazzling and the wind too noisy, so you fail to notice Allen sneaking past.

Lich King: But he carried off the Frozen Throne… I don’t even have a place to sit now…

System: I said you didn’t see him, are you deaf?!

Virtue Three: Tolerance System

Roll: 20 — The opponent’s thrown grease is super effective!

With your ancient knee problems, you slip and fall.

C’Thun: Huh? Me too? I have to fall as well?

System: I said you fell, are you deaf?!

Virtue Four: Justice System

Roll: 20 — Command Spell: Drop your weapon, success!

Allen’s whisper feels like it comes from the depths of the Void, eroding your will. You unknowingly drop your weapon.

Sargeras: …I am the lord of the Burning Legion, the dark tit—

System: I told you to drop your weapon, are you deaf?!

……

Allen: What else is there to say? Let’s roll the dice!

    Hello,

Your story stood out to me because it already feels very visual. While reading, I could easily picture the characters, settings, and important moments. That's why I think a comic or Webtoon adaptation could make your story even more engaging and help it reach a wider audience.

#panic# I feel like you should ban this account it’s a bot that will just continue propagating this same exact comment everywhere and is clearly not a real human being I’ve seen this type of bot dozens of times back in 2022 on webnovel

Welp, since the other review thread was deleted by the guy that hadn't read the novel, will put it here. Definitely not as bad as I thought originally. And I agree with the statement that this is among the set of good novels on this site. To summarize, it's a romp through World of War craft using logic rules of Baldur's Gate. Enjoy.

(synopsis is pretty absurd and kinda in line with the novel, but it's not over the top like that, for people a bit confused - only first sentence is important. Other stuff is just author...having fun, I guess)

Hard to judge characters and the use of wow world because I know very little about it, but it's pretty good for now.

Mostly it's a comedy, but has some serious and sad moments, even though I feel that sometimes it's almost crossing the line of them being ruined by being followed with some stupid shit or humour out of nowhere.
Hard to judge humour for me, didn't make me laugh at all, but it's amusing sometimes, I guess. (it's a me problem, not this novel most of the time, I think)

The biggest problem with author's attempt to make novel more funny and unpredictable for me is the fact that main character got

Probably translation issue, but when MC says that he knows a character and I don't - I google them to get some idea on who they are or to get their appearance.
Some names are f#cking wrong. Emmy Malin -> Amy Marlin and stuff like that... BUT!
turned into f#cking Wen Laisa last_despair

Another potentially annoying thing is his 30+ D&D charisma. For now it's manageable and he himself doesn't really care, but there's potential for a lot of important female characters be all over him.

His traveling companions are pretty good, even though they're mostly one trait and that's it(
being family man and holy light hero and
being the annoying fan from TES games) except for potential romantic interest, her being the most developed imo.

The main character is all right, I guess. Pretty smart, but not some genius. I think his non intentional aura moments is his most memorable thing.
Also like the fact that unlike in a lot of "I'm in my favourite fiction now - I'm a character with perfect memo'ry" novels - he doesn't remember all things. The fact that he didn't play Warcraft 1-3 doesn't help too.

One of the comments downstairs complained about rules of WoW and D&D not being respected. For WoW I have no f#cking idea, but D&D is fine, except for the moment where ghost slipped on [Grease] - later on moments like this weren't spotted, unless some non obvious rule of a spell was broken.
Other stuff could be attributed to combat being not turn-based or adding some common sense to magic.

I agree with your points, but I am confused about your fixation with Wild Magic.

How is rolling a random effect different from the author declaring a nat20?

It becomes a plot device to make main character lose or win fights out of nowhere on a whim of the author.

Agreed, but that’s the exact same thing as the author deciding DnD dice rolls, which they do.

Self Wild Magic (Polymorph) -> Persuasion check nat20, that you are an animal or in his situation specifically, Stealth > 15 would be enough
Double Damage Wild Magic (Chain Lightning) -> 18-20 roll on cast

I also don’t enjoy when abilities and skills become pointless, but this is a DnD story, there is literally nothing BUT the author’s own dice.

Hmmm, I guess it's kinda true, but the problem is that author can make him fail(most certainly temporarily, but still) in situations where his current toolkit makes success certain.

For example in future chapters he might fight against numerous enemies and he'll cast his meteor storm or whatever the f#ck. Wild magic activates and woosh he's f#cked for no reason.
Yeah, he'll overcome it one way or another, but it won't feel good, at least for me. Would rather see his enemies counter it with something.
Same thing for other spells where rolls of a die don't matter.

But whatever, I guess, maybe this absurd type of comedic writing isn't for me.
Still pretty good novel though, too bad updates are nonexistent, lmao.

The cover made me wonder if this 'rolling dice' was a sexual innuendo.

A cursed novel idea for a potential author: an MC whose power grows the longer he edges and can unleash a critical strike that wipes out any boss when he releases, but this makes him useless for increasingly longer periods. Could make him a galaxy brain in the post-release clarity periods to slow down and have grounded, IQ-maxxing plots. and more arrogant, yapping heroism the higher his power grows.

Its quite fun. I don’t know anything about WoW lore, but had a great time. It’s also quite short, so give it a read.
