In the world of horror movies, how can an ordinary person survive through layers of danger and make it to the end?

Thanks to all the horror movies she had watched before transmigrating, Everly summarized countless foolproof survival rules—

Horror Movie Survival Rule #1: Stay away from desolate ruins, campsites, castles, cabins in the woods, suspicious caves, or any similar locations.

So when her classmates enthusiastically invited her to explore a ruin, she firmly said no.

Those classmates never returned even by the time she graduated from middle school.

Horror Movie Survival Rule #2: Always know your escape routes wherever you go.

So when a killer suddenly appeared in the theater, she immediately slipped into the ventilation ducts, becoming one of the few survivors of the incident.

Horror Movie Survival Rule #3: Stick close to the protagonist.

Although this could sometimes make you a mere cannon fodder, in most cases it’s useful.

That’s why, even while injured, she was able to escape the pursuit of a cannibal and survive.

Everly didn’t know when any of this would end.

She only knew one thing: she wanted to live.

To live freely in a world full of evil gods, monsters, madmen, and death.

Transmigrating into a world of horror movies, though all the horror movies are made up by the author.

Roughly a story about how an ordinary person uses wisdom and caution to survive in a horror movie world, with a little “cheat” but not much.

The female lead is not a saint, not a perfect character, and has some moral flaws. If you mind, proceed with caution. Collapse

2.5 according to Ranobes' categories. If I were to rate it freely, 1.5 stars.

Intrepid_Reader1's review, despite some stupids downvoting it, is actually being nice. The author says stupid shit, the characters start out nice but by chapter 40 have already had their brains nerfed to hell... It's disgusting how fast it started to worsen.

An estimate is a measurement of the value of an object. If an object exists, it already has a minimum value. 0 mathematically nullifies an entity, nothing.

You can write shit worse than the Invisible Dragon 😂 , but it will still have some value, the fact of completing an action, rather than nothing = 0.

Not afraid of godlike enemies, only afraid of pig-like teammates indeed. Mc's "dear father" is a perfect example. 13

Not a long novel for readers. If you want to see words quick, look at this novel, as you can look at any other novel. This one just doesn't stand out. It's literally nothing special

Pick up the first chapter and you'll be interested, reach the 10th chapter and you'll start to feel a drag, reach the 57th chapter and continuing further is a test of your endurance.

I wouldn't recommend reading this. Just filling you with words with no true depth. If you'd like to read an MC's logic while not using your own? This the novel for you I guess

This isn’t it for me, can anyone give me horror novel recommendation. The horror novel I am looking for is a survival themed one with a low moral Mc, for some reason all horror novel mcs are like saints. The survival part is the main followed my mystery because obviously there can only be horror if there is mystery the more the information the less the horror. The closest I found was mutated dao, if anyone has a novel in mind that fit these requirements please share

First of all, I must remind you that I don't like fully evil MCs. They may be morally questionable, but nothing more.
      Personally, I recommend:
      1) Hell App is pretty much a pure ghost survival story without superpowered MC.
      2) Mysterious Awakening is a horror story for other characters, but not so much for the MC. MC will try to save the world but at what cost? You may want to find out.
      3) Dreadful Radio Game - It's an Unlimited Flow (or how is it called?) genre novel. Every character here has some issues...
You can also check a few novels that share the same author, Get Lost:
      4) A Night of Desperation where coward MC will try to survive through a lot of disasters.
      5) Way of the Devil. If I remember it right, it had a not-so-good beginning but later parts were more interesting. Didn't finish it for reasons I don't remember.
      6) Nightmare’s Call. Quite ordinary but still ok.
      7) Decaying World is an ongoing novel that has an arrogant (and not so smart) MC.
I almost forgot to mention that Get Lost likes to give his MCs some kind of strong cheat abilty.
Some novels that I didn't finish reading yet:
      8) Die, Replay, Repeat. The name tells you a lot. I'm not really sure if it's good.
      9) Grand Voyage: Surviving on a Ghost Ship. Unexpectedly good survival story.
      10) Hell Game: Starting from the Metropolis. It's too long for its own good. Most likely Metropolis will be the beginning and the end of the story.
The next ones have evil MCs (at least I defined them so):
      11) Eerie Overseer.
      12) The World Below Surface.
Among all of the above Hell App is the only one I couldn't find anything to fault. Other novels have problems but the time spent on them was worth it.
