Lu Yu arrives in a bizarre world of beast taming, watched over by sinister gods and where ancient taboos awaken from the depths of time.

In this world, birds, beasts, rivers, mountains, and even elements can develop spirits and become pets.

The powerful ones create their own ecological niches, giving rise to mystical environments like the Netherworld Secret Realm, the Skeleton Kingdom, the Succubus Nest, and the Sky-Dome Tree Nation, fostering countless followers.

Beast tamers contract and nurture these pets, harnessing their spirituality.

After witnessing the [Taboo Sun] event, Lu Yu gains the ability to extract materials from all things in the world and compile [Secret Feasts].

Evolving these feasts, like combining [The Shattered Twilight World] + [Ancient Dragon’s Dead Egg] = The Banquet of the End, transforms pets into ultimate Dragon Gods after consumption.

The Twilight Realm erodes the world, turning into an apocalyptic deity.

Secret Feasts as skills plunder abilities from all things, leading pets towards omniscience and omnipotence. Sacrificial feasts capture forbidden time, paying homage to ancient beings and blaspheming the gods.

And the styles of his tamed beasts become increasingly bizarre. There’s the Shadow Spider, weaving the dreams of all living beings and entangling ancient dragons for food; the Deep Red Lord, contaminating the multiverse; and the World Devourer, consuming worlds…

To this, he says: ‘My Divine Beasts are just a bit strange, they’re really not evil gods!’ Collapse

Overall, this is typical crap that you'll only read if you're just trying to kill time, don't care about quality, and are willing to read even trash.

Even though it's labeled as a harem, this is one of the worst harems I've ever read. The characters are boring and uninteresting, and there's no harem as such; he doesn't even sleep with anyone until the very end. He only confirms his relationships with two girls towards the end of the book, and then with the others at the very end. They don't really impact the plot, and that's a good thing. So if you're a harem fan and you're drawn to this, give up; you won't get what you came for.

The main character is a dud, with no personal growth throughout the entire story. From start to finish, we read about this super-genius protagonist who will be super-OP and slap everyone in the face, and that's the whole plot. Therefore, there's absolutely no intrigue here. Another thing that irritated me throughout the book was the pointless and repetitive dialogue. Whether during battles or just for fun, the dialogue is often pointless, empty, and meaningless. After Chapter 50, I started skipping large sections of chapters because they didn't add anything useful to the plot or to understanding what was going on.

Framed intrigues, plans, and so-called strategic moves. The author tries to portray a very intelligent character with a very strong strategic vision, but frankly, all the so-called "brilliant" plans of the main character that ultimately succeed seem more like contrived events with an incredible series of coincidences.

This also explains the poor supporting characters; this is precisely the case where the main character seems intelligent because everyone else is stupid. This is quite disappointing, because it's quite boring when there isn't a single character worthy of mention in the entire plot except the main character.

Humor is another integral part of the plot. Often, these are just jokes about nothing. A clown, and nothing more. The author weaves in internet memes and the like, which, frankly, aren't funny at all and don't add any humor to the plot. On the contrary, they kill any semblance of seriousness one might expect from a seemingly dark story.
Of course, not all the humor was pointless; there were moments that offset the mediocrity of the plot. His Hamster, Dragon, and paper knights were generally quite funny characters, and their antics weren't boring to watch, but the moments where the humor was genuinely funny were very few.

Overall, although reading the synopsis, I knew it would be the kind of garbage you'd read just to kill time, and if you were in the mood for that kind of plot and quality, I still hoped that maybe the synopsis was deceptively bad, and maybe I'd start reading now, and there, behind the bad synopsis, would be some semblance of a gem. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed. This didn't turn out to be a dark world with an interesting and serious plot. Instead, as expected, it's a clown-like prankster protagonist with a mediocrely realized plot idea.
The only reason I finished this book was because it had a strong vibe about taming animals + an imba protagonist + killing time, and I didn't care too much about the quality, as long as the main character's character didn't irritate me too much. Overall, I got what I needed, and I don't regret the time spent.
In terms of an honest assessment of the work, it's a 2/5 at best. In terms of my emotional feedback score, I'll give it 3/5.

I'm scared off by the beginning, which immediately features a fan service, beautiful girls, and a bunch of cliches.

I can't stand it when your boss is a super beautiful girl with a sexy appearance, who is very close to the MC, communicates as if nothing had happened. It only shows what level the author has, and whether the author likes being dominated by a woman.

    Ugh, you're a rag! 👎
