I forgot to check the tags and got traumatised. The nationalism and racism is just too much. The character got absolutely no life, controlled by the mirror and his base ego... no scratch that. He has no ego, nothing at all. Even bugs got something interesting going on.

The interaction between characters is dead. It's just words stringed together to form a sentence. The only reason a character is anything, is cos the author wrote it not you seeing anything or guessing.

Bad novels like this should be taken down.

​The MC practically doesn't think; he acts like a physical avatar for the mirror. The mirror comes up with all the plots and schemes, while the MC is just a puppet.

​Simply put: the MC is a piece of trash. Without his cheat, he is a nobody—an amoeba at the bottom of society. And that doesn’t change even after he gets the cheat. He doesn't grow as a master or as a world-destroyer; he is just a typical Chinese character with exaggerated nationalism.

​The author didn't even bother trying to hide it; the first 20-40 chapters already reek of jingoism/racism. It’s the typical gimmick: with no provocation or triggers, the labels start flying immediately—'Sakura Country', 'the big bad West,' and so on.

It’s such a ridiculous attempt to pander to the biases of Chinese readers that I can't even be bothered to get upset about it.
