    After 465 and all the way to current 560 - lots of missing whole chapters and big chunks of chapters, it's a complete mess, other sites post the same mess. Only one site I don't remember the name has complete chapters - try looking it up.

    I dropped it at 259. Just like #vmishulin#, I couldn't stand the author's fetish. I didn't even know about this problem and just went ahead and read it without looking at the comments. It was only after over 200 chapters that it became clearer to me.

    At first, I really liked this novel, is MC is smart, not extremely smart, just smarter than your usual MC. Though the reason he is smart is also because induced by the author.

    For example,
    MC predicts that Villain 1 will do a certain actions due to some explanation about his mentality which is weak and bullshit IMO, so MC just have to prepare accordingly.
    Then, the author just had to make it so that the villain actually does what the MC predicted. Slap in some bullshit explanation about how he will think this way or that way. Not that hard.

    Even so, it was an enjoyable read. It's nice seeing an MC using strategy instead of brute force to defeat others. What made me drop is, again, the fetish of the Author, also the MC, since they usually portray themselves in their work.

    Asking to be stepped on and getting turned on from being looked at with disgust. All the female leads are using a chain or a binding weapon. The more I read, the more it became obvious. The bullshit excuse of the author explaining why are all, well, bullshit.

    Then, there is the drama of the female leads, which is just uncomfortable and annoying to read. Always arguing, MC is always screwing up. Henpecked as well, can't affirm himself.

      I dropped this novel halfway, got bored. Mc and fmcs have fetishes that doesn't align well with me. For example: 'Please step on me' fetish, foot fetish, etc. The world building is quite good, but writing quality overall is lacking - average at best. For example, "her ample bosom straining against her robe" - this sentence pretty much in every chapter, many other same descriptions, repeated words, expressions. The whole plot evolves around drama, and it gets annoying sometimes, some situations could be easily avoided or solved if mc had balls, he's ruthless, dominant against his enemies - but in front his harem he's a simp. The author is clearly chinese why he has tendencies of japanese author in shaping mc's personality - beats me. And it even gets worse, Mc just let's his women do whatever, he's always beneath their feet both metaphorically and literally, he never grows blows even till the end.
      Females characters have depth and not just flat 2d, they also not typical "he's too great to just have one dao companion, let's share" - each fmc wants mc to herself and till chapter 361 (where I dropped) - no peaceful harem - they're all directly and indirectly fighting over mc which is good and entertaining, they even try and sometimes succeed in manipulating mc. Also they are not easily obtainable - each woman is a conquest and has interesting dynamics. They're not always happy with mc and his decisions, They show different fellings, display displeasure, ignore, get revenge and overall are not just outright dummies. But their dominant positions really gets annoying later, mc is just their dog - a plaything a slave. I am not into such type of thing, if you can get past all that - you may enjoy this. I agree with comment below that the rating is around 3.5.

    most harem novel even dual cultivator one's have female cauldrons or male with yang physique or some other physique so mc is not vulnerable and can help his female partners but here mc has no real benefit to himself besides helping his dual cultivating partner, this is realistic cultivation world so even female MC's can lock him up for herself if other female MC's weren't so involved with him. so harem here serves very real purpose and is coherent with plot .
