What to expect:
A long epic progression fantasy with south asian, indian cultivation elements. Lots of action, strong worldbuilding, and a planned story.
People die, but no excessive grimdark content. No murderhobo MC. No edgy or whiny or anti-hero MC. No pacifist MC.
Cute canine companion 🐶

***

Planned for 1.5 million words, 5,500 pages, working off of a 300k word, 1,100 page outline.

Game elements: An internally consistent magic system with named spells, ranks, and affinities. Named martial abilities with ranks. A combat power ranking system. No d&d style stats, no blue boxes, no levels.

Tropes: Slow burn weak to OP progression, Reincarnation, Precursor Race, Hidden Identity, Underdog, Rational MC. MC exploiting his quirks to hack his own magic. 'Strong Lead' Tag as of Chapter 180.

Note: B1 will release on amazon on March 26, 2024, at which point B1 will be removed from RR. You can preorder the book here!,

The Primordial will bring the End of Realms. Find him! Purge him! Burn him to Ash!

kavir is a hardworking lumberjack's son. It isn't his fault crows speak in eldritch voices when he walks through the forest, or that his bloodred eyes leave the village kids shaking in their shoes. He might be the latest incarnation of a dreaded god, but he never asked for that. He doesn't even know

When knights arrive hunting for the Ender of Realms, Vir loses his idyllic life along with his chance to be anything else. To grow strong enough to survive, he'll have to become the Primordial.

There's just one problem: Vir can't do magic. Not even the simplest spells to light a fire or conjure a breeze.

To take back control of his destiny, Vir will have to forge his own path, and he'll have to do it while running, fighting, and clawing for survival.

It might be that Vir is destined to live out his days without magic...Or maybe his brand of magic just defies all the known rules

This definitely wasn't what I was expecting getting into it. The only thing Indian about this are the names and some terms. If English isn't your first language, you probably also type non-english words in English. That's about it.
As for world-building, it's the same magic and martial arts world. The only thing original is the ranking of fighters which is honestly interesting.
The biggest weak point is the characters. Even after reading so much, I don't care about any of them. Everyone seems fickle, as if they would spontaneously change their minds.
    Spoiler:
It baffles me that they thought they were being sneaky with Riyan before escaping. And who in their right mind would reveal all of their cards in a duel to the people they are escaping from. In my opinion they should have escaped before the duel. It would be reasonable to wait till after the duel if they gained something from it.

I'll start with my rating 3/5 . im at chapter 83 and ending it here, not worth the pain of continuing what i taugh was a masterpiece.

Okay so where do i start...
    1. Many little annoying things add up to make me not want to read this book anymore. Small example is dogs are called bandies, and so many other useless invented names for things that already exist which can get you lost in the begining of the book.
    2. His weak-ah meantality and him being so dependent on his girl bestfriend emotionally and him being ready to sacrifice everything for her just doesnt sit right with me, she is a useless add on to this power trip story that is just there to cause unecessary problems and slows down MC.
    3. If your vibe is Legendary mecanic, reincaernator and similar type in terms of fast progression DONT READ THIS!!
    4. I would not recommend this book to readers who are like me, just a waste of time

Read most of it on royalroad a while ago.
A definite recommend from me if you can put up with slower paced novels. 12

    indian cultivation elements

The only thing I remember is that our mc uses chakrams as his ranged weapons, as well as the cultivation system being somewhat related to chakra.
But I'm not an expert of what to consider indian whoknows

Author delivered everything and more of what he promised in the synopsis.
The huge outline shows and its great to know this won't be randomly dropped.
Honestly some of the closest-to-published quality I've seen from a webnovel.

I have not heard much about Indian Cultivation elements, seems interesting and honestly that is a really neat synopsis with the listing.
