Chapter 9: Unneeded Mouth

Destroying the Virgin-the Making of a Saint-

With her eyes wide open and drooling, Akane blacked out. No strength was left in her body, and her arms and legs were still slackly thrown about.

By the time I came to, Akane was already out cold. I was certain that she was not dead, but her appearance was that of a puppet with snapped strings.

“Did I get too emotional with you?” 

In an outburst of emotion, I nearly strangled Akane to death. Even though it was an act essential to re-educate her to my liking, killing her would have been worthless.

She was an invaluable and one-of-a-kind material. My objective was to rebuild Akane into a new form based on that material.

Fortunately, no bruises were left on her neck, though I seemed to have inadvertently tightened Akane’s neck with terrific pressure. Akane’s expression of anguish conveyed this.

I closed her eyes, wiped her mouth clean, and mended her fainted expression. How beautiful.

“However, being asleep like this, it’s like you’re not who you were earlier. It’s been a rough approach, but…”

Akane’s expression, which was not even in the slightest distorted form, fascinated me.

This expression contrasted sharply with the one that had just been cursing and berating me in the form of a demon. Like a work of art, her beauty with a touch of grace was mesmerizing. I could gaze at her perpetually.

“Sorry, Akane. This is the last time I will do such an act. I will take care of it so that next time there will be no more necessity for this kind of thing. This is likewise… my role.”

That was why I didn’t want to ruin such a lovely expression on Akane’s face ever again. But should Akane curse me again, I might let my emotions get the better of me and strangle her to death that time. Even if I could disregard such mistreatment from other people, I could not and would not allow Akane to abuse me again.

Because Akane must be the one who should love me.

Therefore, I ought to take steps in advance lest such peril arises so that I myself would not need to strangle her and make her suffer.

And when Akane awakened, I would take immediate measures so that she wouldn’t have to worry about anything.

“A mouth that only curses me is unnecessary. So, Akane, your mouth is… not needed for a while.”

From the garage, I brought out the anesthetic, needle, and iron wire I had prepared beforehand, followed by the procedure I was to perform on Akane.
