The mc always seems to be the butt of the joke. Maybe some people find the mc's jester like antics hilarious, but personally? Not my cup of tea.

If you're feeling unsatisfied and want to read similar but ultimately different interests, then I recommend The Strongest System and Spare me, Great Lord!

One word to describe this novel is amazing,sad this author doesn't get much attention only this novel is translated, he has sequel and others novels never gets attention, many novels that gets the attention of the translators is a trashy ones with the minority is good one , these kind of good novels really need to be focused on rather than novels with low reading popularity , can't wait for any good translator to translate the sequel because mtl always sucks, untill there's no hope of a sequel being translated I'll wait

Are there Any sequal to this

I really liked this novel upto a certain point. It has decent comedy(very subjective, read a few chapters to see if you like the style of comedy). Slice of life type story. Good action. Bearable romance. Vast interesting cast. I would highly recommend to at least give this novel a chance.

That said there are a few problems with the novel. The system is a pro and a con. Because of the system the progression of the MC is very slow. Although he becomes more powerful in terms of combat his cultivation doesn't improve for a very long period at times. The vast number of characters are interesting but are slowly forgotten. As you move forward they keep having less scenes.

My main problem is that the tone of the novel shifts sometimes and its not really good. The author tries to add serious moments between the comedy slice of life parts. But their frequency is a bit too much. Towards the end the serious arcs take too many chapters. It's tiring to read through them. The antagonists remain the same towards the second half of the novel and they are not really interesting.

I expected something like “The Strongest System“ or “A Will Eternal”
But what I got is a clown with a story full of forced comedy, a boring plot, and amateur writing. If you want something badass with comedy then this story is not it.
The author tries way too hard to put comedy in everything that it ruins all the scenes. At chapter 230+, the MC is extremely underpowered with the only instances that he actually became strong is through a suicidal attack and by reducing his life span. I’m dropping this asap

Extremely unlikable and childishly dumb main character makes the reading experience feel like a chore, no thank you.
